Is this contest legal?

YES! This contest is just that...a CONTEST! Not a lottery where your odds are determined by the "Luck of the Draw". The winner is determined by an independent panel of judges which will judge each and every essay according to the criteria set forth in the RULES.

Can I choose the color and the model?
.
The winner will be able to choose from the available vehicle colors. The model will be the SLT Plus model with the standard equipment package (which includes the 5.2 liter, 230hp Magnum® engine!). For more information concerning specs on the 1998 Durango, click HERE.

What is going to happen to the money?
.
The money is kept in an account until the end of the contest period at which point the outcome of the contest will determine what happens to the money. If the contest is successful, the money will be awarded accordingly. If the contest requirements are not met within the time limits of the contest, the money will be returned to all contest entrants. The money will be held at the Monitor Bank in Big Prairie, Ohio 44611.
